Abraham was a missionary assigned to Ecuador, speaker, leader of HCJB World Radio.


Abraham graduated from Wheaton College in 1941 and received a doctorate of divinity from Wheaton in 1965.


He served as president of the NRB-National Religious Broadcasters from 1975 to 1978. He was also an accomplished author and speaker.


He married Marjorie Santo. She was married to Nathaniel missionary in Ecuador Santo, one of the five American missionaries who were impaled to death by the Waodani / an Amazonian indigenous Huaorani tribe. Abraham married Marjorie sometime after January 1956 and helped raise three children; Kathy, Steve and Phil.
